Message from the Director of Industry Partnership and CSED

Mohm Talha Khan is a seasoned professional with over 14+ years of experience in academics and industrial collaboration, currently serving as the Director of Industry Partnership and CSED. He holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology. His contributions include serving as the Co-Convener of the Board of Studies at Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow, where he played a pivotal role in preparing the syllabus that is still in use today. He has been instrumental in establishing and maintaining relationships with industry partners to understand their hiring needs and preferences. Furthermore, he has worked with the International Labor Organization and the Ministry of Labor and Employment, Government of India, to develop the Modular Employable Skills-Training Curriculum. His technical expertise is also highlighted through his consultancy work, such as developing a Dust Collection System in collaboration with the Ministry of Textile and serving as a Technical Consultant for KVS Castings Pvt. Ltd. for railway work in RDSO. Additionally, he has delivered expert talks in association with organizations like the Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH) and the Indian Industry Association (IIA), further showcasing his valuable contributions to the field. His achievements and people management skills continue to be a significant benefit to his organization, making him a respected and valuable figure in his field.

Mr. Amitabh Drona is an expert and experienced administrator. Previously, he served as the Executive Secretary to the President and Director Administration at Clara Swain Mission Hospital, Bareilly. As a strategic human resource planner and administrator, he is actively contributing to the development and progress of Invertis University.
