For industrial exposure students of B. Tech. (Mechanical Engineering) 3rd and 4th year visited Bajaj Automobiles, RUDRAPUR on 20 November 2017. In this plant, assembly of Bajaj Platina, Pulsar motorcycles etc. are done. Students learn about the assembly line, cycle time etc. Student learnt about the post assembly processes like quality checking, pollution checking and the checking of performance parameters. Students also learnt a lot about the various quality control techniques six sigma together with the safety during working hours.
