| IIET
has a firm belief that a sound infrastructure is the foundation for
research and education. IIET never leaves any stone unturned for
equipping it's campus with modern state-of-art facilities for studies,
research and recreation etc. Our campus Infrastructure details are as
follows:

|
CAMPUS |
- The sprawling campus located at Bareilly – Lucknow National
Highway 24, covers over 30 acres of areas.
- Independent Administrative Block, Computer Block, Teaching
Block, Library Block, Workshop, Multipurpose Auditorium, Boys’ and
Girls’ Hostel Blocks and Annapurna the Mess.
- Spacious and well-ventilated classrooms fitted with state
of art teaching aids.
- A well stocked library with more than 9919 titles and over
17001 volumes. It is an independent double story block covering
1100 sq. meter area. The library has its own electrostat machine,
Reference Section and a large Reading room.
- Separate Hostels for Boys and Girls.
- Canteen facilities to cater to students’ culinary needs.
- A multipurpose hall to accommodate around 1200 people , at a
time. This is being used to hold seminars, debates, annual
functions etc.
- A computer lab with 450 Pentium III/Pentium IV terminals. We
are the Pioneers in this region to provide e-mail ID to each
student individually along with 24 hours Internet facility
through RF-Link.
- Personality development programmes are a regular feature of
academic activities
- Corporate training and seminars.
- A Placement office, equipped with Pentium 4 PCs and Internet.
This is headed by the Placement Officer who is assisted by
dedicated staff and students.
- Luxury buses and pick up vans for commuting students and
faculty members between town and the INVERTIS campus.

| CANTEEN |
| The
Institute provides canteen facility located within the Institute
Campus. The canteen serves tea/snacks /lunch to the students as per
their needs. The idea is to take care of their snacks/ food
requirements within the campus, facilitating their learning and
education. |

| OUR
HOSTELS |
The
girls’ hostel KAVERI & GODAVARI and boys’ hostels HIMALAYA &
SHIVALIK are located in picturesque surroundings. All hostel residents
have their meals in “ANNAPURNA” the common mess. All Hostels are
provided with best facilities such as geysers in bathrooms, European
and Indian W/C’s, telephone facility, water coolers and rooms equipped
with beds and mattresses, study tables & chairs. Each room has its
own balcony.

are single as well as double-seated rooms. All our hostels have Guest
Rooms, where Parents & Guardians can not only come and meet their
wards but can also have a first hand experience of life at Invertis.

There is a sick room also where any sick student may be shifted for
isolation or better care. All hostels have common rooms with
Television. Separate Badminton, Basketball & Volleyball courts,
Table Tennis, Gym facility and Indoor games like Carom and Card Board
Games are also provided.
In short our hostels are in real sense a home away from home…. |
| CLASS ROOMS & SEMINAR
HALLS |
| All lecture rooms are very spacious and can accommodate up to 75
students although all sections will have a maximum strength of 60 as
per AICTE norms. They are well equipped with the latest audio- visual
teaching aids like OHP, TV monitors and VCR’s are provided to screen
films on various themes. We have also got LCD Projector to augment our
facilities. |
| COMPUTER
BLOCK |
The Institute has around 450 computer systems with
latest hardware and software’s. The institute has single and dual
processor servers. On our Indigenously developed LAN Clients are
Windows NT/2000 workstation, Win 98 & XP and Linux Based, which get
authenticated and use resources of the networked servers.
- Member of MSDN Academic Alliance
- Samba PDC (Primary Domain Controller) with LDAP and RAID.
- Gateway (Firewall+ Apache+ Squirell)
- Squid Server with ACL for restricting user and Hard coated DHCP.
- Windows Server –(IIS, ASP, Scheduled Norton Antivirus for
Clients).
- Tom Cat server for java Applications and Back End Oracle.
- Oracle 8i server Linux based.
- Load Balancing and Back up system in the event of crash down.
- RF-Link connectivity bandwidth of 1 Mbps Rx/Tx.
- Labs are connected using 10/100/1000 Mbps. managed/unmanaged
switches.
- The students can access their mails from outside campus also
using webmail.
- All the labs have 30 Computers each installed with C, C++,
Visual Studio 2005, tally, MS Office and Oracle8i.
- One Complete Lab with P4 Systems is exclusively used for
internet resources through RF-Link.
- The Computer labs are available 24 hours a day.

| The
LCD projectors are being used by the students and faculty for the
purpose of better presentation of projects. The Administrative Block,
Library and Academic Block has access to the servers, RF-Link facility
and intranet servers, one Separate lab is provided for the
microprocessor 8085 and digital, multimedia, tutorial and software
project testing. |

| THE LIBRARY |
| The Institute has a well-stocked library with more than 2000 titles of
Engineering and 3700 titles of Management and over 14000 volumes .It
has books covering all aspects of Engineering and Technology with the
latest editions from the best Indian and foreign publishers. The
library subscribes 48 National and International magazines and journals
and has also the latest edition of Encyclopedia Britannica, number of
Dictionaries, Thesauruses, Science Encyclopedia and 10 Daily
Newspapers. We are now going for DIGITAL LIBRARY as well. The institute
has also been admitted as an institutional member of DELNET (Developing
Library Network). |

| SPORTS |
Keeping
in view the importance of sports in today's scientific era and its
vitality in shaping overall personality and "health & fitness" of
the individual, the college lays considerable emphasis on students
participation in various games, sports and track and field activities.
The spacious grounds of the college are laid
out into play fields for cricket, hockey, football, handball, volleyball, lawn
tennis, badminton etc. Facilities have also been provided for yoga,
weightlifting, and kabaddi. A gymnasium equipped with modern scientific
machines like multi-exerciser is available for students in addition to a
swimming pool and two squash courts (Proposed). |

| The Institute has set up various laboratories, which are state of the
art and are meant for practical in the different subjects. The
Institute has got all the labs namely Physics, Chemistry &
Electrical Engineering fully equipped with the latest equipment and
instruments for experiments in the subjects. There is a big drawing
hall with latest state of the art, drawing boards to facilitate
students work with latest fatigue and maximum ease. The required
workshops namely Carpentry shop, Welding shop, Smithy shop, sheet Metal
shop are equipped with latest gadgets and updated machines. |
